XC74系列产品是74系列的超小型封裝的多通道单门逻辑电路IC。
因为做到了有效利用需要的门数，所以降低了成本并实现了极小的安裝面积。
XC74UH系列产品的CMOS制造工艺具有电力消耗少的特点，可实现与LS-TTL一样的高速工作。
XC74UL系列产品的CMOS制造工艺可实现与LS-TTL一样的高速工作,具有电力消耗少和可提高处理速度的特点。由于可將电源电压以上的电压加在输入上，可实现从5V变为3V系统的电平变换。可以超小型模压SSOT25封裝。
