XCL205/XCL206/XCL207 Series
The XCL205/XCL206/XCL207 series is a synchronous step-down micro DC/DC converter which integrates an inductor and a control IC in one tiny package (2.5mm2.0mm, H=1.0mm). A stable power supply with an output current of 600mA is configured using only two capacitors connected externally.

XC6224 Series
The XC6224 Series of regulators features an ultra-small package (0.95 x 0.75 x h0.4mm), low input voltage operation (1.2V to 3.6V), high-speed transient response (VOUT only drops 95mV when IOUT changes from 1mA to 150mA), and fast ripple rejection (70dB, 1kHz). Ideal as a dedicated local power supply
near a logic LSI.
