Op Amps

The XC221ASeries are input/output railtorail CMOS Op Amp. Operating voltage is 1.2V to 10V in single cell and, 0.6V to 5.0V in +ve /-ve supply. Since the XC221 comes in an ultra small SOT-25 package, theSeries is particularly suited for use with various typed of portable phones.
